Matt first joined the team as a volunteer in 2023 and took up employment with us in October 2024. His qualifications include BEng in Architectural Environmental Engineering and NVQ level 2 welding and fabrication.
Matt has an interest in permaculture and sustainable living which he incorporates into the Landbased courses at TGCP. He has completed communication in groups training and finds working with young people very rewarding.
