The Game Change Project works with businesses, groups and individuals to develop effective leadership and communication strategies to help them achieve their goals. We create powerful, real life scenarios where experiential learning with horses is the catalyst for change.
Our workshops take leaders out of their comfort zone and challenge them to think differently. This creates a unique opportunity to learn, practise, refine and develop as a leader – in the moment.

We offer corporate leadership events for up to 12 people. Packages range from £80 per person.
This includes tea, coffee, debrief and introduction on arrival, exclusive use of our venue, experienced facilitator and activities leader, bespoke equine assisted learning activity, all learning resources, protective and safety clothing, public liability insurance.
